Now is a really exciting time to be joining the Commercial team of a leading regional law firm at their offices in Portsmouth. With new business models that are ahead of the curve in many respects, you will be part of a forward-thinking team at the beginning of a period of expansion. Ideally you will have at least 3 years PQE within Commercial law.

About you:

• You will be a team player, have a strong work ethic and a commercial, client-focused approach to the delivery of exceptional service, with excellent communication skills.
• Previous in-house experience is an advantage but is not essential. Whilst the team works collaboratively in both legal work and value-added services to clients, the successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to develop and carry out business development on their own, within the team's overall plan.
• The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of commercial work and will have plenty of direct client contact.
