An opportunity has arisen to join a vibrant HR Business Partnering team, working as an HR Adviser. You will support designated faculties and services where you will be expected to provide expert, proactive HR advice and casework management. This is a key role, working closely with the HR Business Partner, acting as the first point of contact in the Business Partner’s absence.
An up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and employment frameworks, together with the ability to manage and prioritise demanding workloads, will be key to this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work within a large, complex environment. In addition to this, you will be CIPD qualified and have a proven track record in sharing best practice.
