Customer Service Advisor - temporary/secondment opportunity for up to 50 weeks.
Acting as first point of contact for Portsmouth City Council customers, this role covers a broad spectrum including council tax, pest control and schools admissions. The Helpdesk assist customers in a variety of ways including face to face, telephone including switchboard and emails/social media. This role is dealing with queries into the Helpdesk over the telephone only.
You will have a high level of customer service focus as well as an intuitive/flexible approach with the foresight to think 'outside the box'. In return we can give you an insightful understanding of the Council and the services it offers as well as opportunities to develop your customer service skills
