Customer Service Advisor - Automotive

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an impressive and growing national based organisation. This role is to be based in Portsmouth where you will be responsible for dealing within inbound and outbound calls from customers on a daily basis.

Applicants are invited to apply through the Commercial Division of FPR Group and interviews will be carried out shortly.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

• Organising collection of vehicles & Allocation of courtesy cars (when needed)
• Greeting customer in a professional manner & complete all necessary documents
• Contacting customers to book works in on their vehicle
• Updating the customers regularly upon the current progress of work on their vehicle
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure on time delivery to the customer (when needed)
• Customer queries & complaints

You will require the following skills and experience:-

• Experience of working in a call centre environment
• Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good PC Skills
• Pro-active & Customer focused
• Confident telephone manner
