We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients to for a Multi-Skilled Factory Operative to work within a production environment located in the Portchester area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large successful company.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all products are manufactured to company specifications and that all product quality issues are reported.
• Operation of process equipment.
• Operate and adhere to all critical control point (CCP) processes.
• To ensure that all paperwork is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained including Traceability, Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices and ERP.
• To ensure planned daily efficiency targets are met.
• Any other role as deemed appropriate by the Company.

Experience/Education:

• Standard education required.
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical, dairy or pharmaceutical or other similar industries preferable.
• You must be process minded.
• Have a pro-active approach.
• To work on own initiative whilst working in a team environment.
• IT Literate.
• Systematic.
• Must want to develop.
• Good attention to detail and observation.
• Excellent verbal, numeric and written communication skills.
• Be procedure compliant.
• Able to work in a team and on your own.

Hours of Work:

Tuesday - Friday 06:00-18:00 (44 hours per week)

You will be required to work at the Fareham site when the Portchester site is on shutdown.
