We are looking for a versatile post holder with recent to join our supportive and friendly Estate Management Team. You must be proactive, well organised and motivated with a customer focused, helpful and flexible approach to work. It's important you can work as part of a team working on a rota basis and some flexibility will be required to cover for operational requirements including staff sickness or increased peaks of activity. 
This "hands on" role is responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of a range of Estate Management activities including locking and unlocking buildings, room set ups and basic maintenance in halls of residence on and on site and working with a variety of University teams including Cleaning Services and Conference and Accommodation. 
You will provide an efficient and effective service, to ensure that the buildings and campus at both the Bishop Otter Campus and Bognor Regis Campus are an appropriate, safe and secure environment for students, staff and all visitors.
This role will involve working outside in all weathers across a large site, lifting and moving a range of equipment, checking building and working very closely with the University's security team.
