Junior Sous / Chef Tournant for Hound Lodge – Private Sporting Lodge at Goodwood

We have an exciting opportunity for a junior sous / chef tournant to join the team in our private sporting lodge.

This role involves input into design, creation and delivery of bespoke menus for our guests. Working alongside our Head Chef you will become vital in the day to day preparation and production of high end dishes using top quality produce from our farm and beyond. The Junior Sous will also assist the Head Chef with monitoring margins and stock control. 

In order to be successful you will have a sound knowledge of a high end food operation, along with previous experience of working at a similar level or in a similar role.
