The Department for Curriculum and Quality Enhancement (DCQE) is seeking to appoint a full-time Administrator to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Interim Director of DCQE. The appointee will have a sound working knowledge of administrative systems and experience working within an area of the department.
The successful candidate will be integrated into an established administrative team and will provide support for the conduct of internal and external student surveys, requiring excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to effectively and independently manage a varied workload. Expertise using Microsoft Office packages is essential to the role.
