The Aldingbourne Trust is a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently.  We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and busy team, based at our Drop-In Service in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis.
 
The Housing Administrative Assistant will provide general clerical, financial and administrative support to the Housing and Outreach Manager to assist in the effective and efficient running of the Housing and Outreach teams. The job is mainly office based but there will be occasions where the administration assistant will be required to travel to properties in the local area to assist with the management of properties e.g. to take photographs for inventories, let workmen in etc.
 
The contractual hours for this post are 15-20 hours per week. Hours and days to be agreed but will be Monday to Friday.
 
The best person will be able to prioritise, be organised and able to multi task.  You will need to be able to communicate clearly and must be computer literate.
