This full time "hands on" role will divide time between the supervision of our large group of cleaners and janitors and undertaking a range of cleaning duties to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services for the University.

You will need experience of supervising staff, enjoy working in a very fast paced hospitality / cleaning environment with the ability to prioritise your work load and those of the team to ensure a productive and positive environment. It''s vital you can work flexibly and are available to work from 5am at any University site, including our Chichester or Bognor Regis Campus or one of our off -campus Halls of Residence. This role will be required from 5 a.m. each day and undertaking regular additional work in the evenings and weekends during our busy conference season, May to September, is necessary.
