We are a small family run business, based in Eastergate near Chichester, specialising in the food trade, delivering our products to local pubs and restaurants etc.
We are currently looking to recruit an Sales Administrator to help with the running of our busy office.
Your role will be to generate picking lists and invoices using sage 50 accounts system and help with the process of getting our vehicles ready for dispatch.
This is a busy role in an energetic business and we're looking for someone who will be happy to take a hands-on approach.
You will need to be willing and able to move from the office around the site checking stock and customers queries.
You will have to be computer literate, highly organised, accurate, able to work under own management at times, be focused and flexible. Full training will be given.
Requirements for the role:
This position will require the candidate to be able to work anti-social hours. You will need your own transport to and from work due to the rural location of the business in Eastergate.
Hours will be: Approx. 25-30 hours per week, 5:00 am - 10:30/11 am) 5 days per week between Monday and Saturday with 2 days off (Sundays plus one other day during the week).
