**** Fantastic 6 month contract - start immediately ***

Your role will be to process and manage sales orders for the business area, you will also be required to deal with customer orders and deal with all general enquiries.

Knowledge of sales order systems and 9001:2001 procedures and SAP would be an advantage

Your main duties will consist of -

To support the business demands in the upgraded SAP Project
Enter, monitor and amend, where required, current sales orders to ensure Customer requirements are met
Maintain copies of all sales orders processed using the storage media provided
Raise Credit/Debit notes, Product Return and Cancellation Authorisation as agreed by the Customer Service Manager
Prepare, draft and dispatch Contracts, Quotations and Tenders for company products as guided by the Customer Service Manager
Monitor and meet the requirements of current Contracts and Agreements

plus all other duties as required
