The Role;
The position is based within a busy HR department and will involve a variation of tasks enabling the successful candidate to use their previously learnt skills and develop a career within a HR department. The successful applicant will have the responsibility for all the administration of the employee information this will include maintaining the databases, transferring information to payroll and producing and maintainong all the statistical data for the department which will include creating reports and presentations with extensive analysis.

Who we are looking for;
The successful candidate will be IT literate to a high level and have experience of working with Microsoft packages and databases. General administration experience is essential and it will be advantageous if this has previously been within a HR department incorporating Payroll systems within a confidential environment. Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person are essential.

This role will suit someone who is looking to further a career within Human Resources.

Due to the location of my client your own transport is essential
