The Role;
This position will be working in a social environment attending the reception. You will be required to greet visitors ensuring their identification and documents are authorised. The role will involve taking inbound calls and responding to the guests requirements. The environment for this role is similar to a hotel, there is a dinning room, function room, bar and social areas surrounding the reception area. The hours for the role are 15.30-23.30 or 23.30-08.00 and will involve one weekend in three 08.00-20.00 averaging 44 hours a week over a period of 5 days.

Who we are looking for;
The ideal candidate will be someone who has confidence in their ability and considers themselves to be assertive and resilient. You will have previously worked within a role that involved face to face and telephone communication. You will be able to work the stated hours and be looking to commit to a role for three months.
