Our corporate and successful client is seeking experienced customer service and claims advisors to work within their busy claims department.

The role...
The main purpose of the role will be to investigate, manage and settle claims within the correct time-frames, delivering a high level of customer service at all times. As Claims Advisor you will be responsible for your own portfolio of claims managing the expectations from start to finish.

The person...
The ideal candidate must have a good level of customer service and have knowledge of either claims (not motor), underwriting or experience within a financial institution. You must have a good, clear telephone manner and the ability to work as a team.

Hours will be between 8am - 7pm 5 days out of 6. Salary £16K - £18K depending on experience.
