Telesales Executive / Call Centre Sales and Service

£6.50 to £7.00 an hour whilst temping with an opportunity to increase if and when taken on permanently, plus Commission paid per lead generated. Permanent employees and top performers currently earn an ote of 30K

Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30

This position is to start immediately on a temporary basis . An opportunity to stay permanently is available for the right candidate and therefore we are looking for individuals that would like a career within sales.

This company based in Fareham are a market leader in their industry. They are in need of some experienced lead generators, call centre sales executives to support the business immediately

General day to day duties include

* Making outbound calls to business and residential customers
* Market Research
* Speaking with decision makers ,overcoming objections and identifying a need
* Generating appointments for a field sales executive to attend
* Customer Services

The ideal candidate

* Will need to be immediately available
* Will ideally have worked within a call centre
* Will have previous sales / lead generation experience
* Be driven by results
