Dynamite Recruitment are working with a fantastic Training provider based in the South, who have a proven track record in the industry, due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an team Trainer/Assessor in Business Training (Maternity Cover) to join the team.

Purpose of Job

Working under the general direction of the Business Training Manager, the job holder is responsible for providing a wide variety of training, assessing and reviewing learners' progress in qualifications including NVQ in Administration and Customer Service, Functional Skills, Technical Certificates, leading towards the achievement of Apprenticeships.

Major Tasks

Act as a trainer and assessor for all aspects of the Apprenticeship including NVQ, Functional Skills

and Technical Certificates, both in the training centre and in company.

Select appropriate training tasks, projects and assignments designed to develop learners of varying

knowledge and ability, either in a group or one-to-one environment.

Prepare and conduct examinations as required.



Complete all relevant paperwork with learner and employer for achievement of the Apprenticeship

NVQ within timescales agreed.

Carry out six weekly company visits to monitor learner progress

Carry out skill and ability assessments with learners to identify current skills and knowledge, and

identify areas for development.

Plus all other duties as required
