Stonepillow provides support and accommodation to empower vulnerable homeless people to achieve sustainable independence and wellbeing.

This exciting new post has been funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Governments' Rapid Rehousing Programme, in partnership with West Sussex County Council and the District and Boroughs.

The Community Outreach Officer will be responsible for engaging with individuals, you will support people through their journeys from rough sleeping to accommodation.

The post holder will be expected to navigate local service provision, building strong relationships with a range of different professionals whilst advocating on the individual's behalf.

You will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of working with our client group.
