The Admissions Team are looking for two new Admissions Assistants to act as a point of contact for enquirers, applicants and staff in relation to the University''s courses, admissions processes and requirements.

With a customer-centred approach and a positive and helpful attitude, you will be involved throughout the application process which means dealing with queries, processing invites to interviews and making decisions on applications. Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills are essential, with proven experience of working to tight deadlines.

With excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, you will liaise with admissions tutors and other University staff to develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the University''s portfolio of courses and entry requirements.

One post has a greater focus on the processing of applications, and the other, answering applicant enquiries (primarily by e-mail).
