Over the past three months, Bunn Leisure have undertaken a very large development in one of our new complexes, with a brand new menu for a TAKEAWAY service and BBQ GRILL for our updated lido area.
We are currently looking for a hands-on Head Chef who shares the same passions that we do for Food and Customer Service!
What we are looking for :
- A team player who will be a real mentor for a team
- A "can do" attitude
- Following specification for dishes
- Ordering and wastage control
- Food safety standards at a high level to maintain 5 stars
- Monitoring labour, creating rotas
- Charisma and a positive personality
- Working in a professional way in a busy environment
