Now a little about the role
You'll be making outbound calls to customers to agree suitable appointment times for our tele-interview staff to call them. The customer is in the process of buying a policy so there is no cold calling involved. Whilst you do this you'll have to maintain a full and accurate record of the progress of the life insurance application. When making the calls you'll have to follow a script. We would require you to work three days from 12.30pm to 9pm and two days from 9.30am to 6pm (37.5 in total per week).
What does our ideal candidate look like?
We hope to find someone who is a good communicator, has some customer service skills and who has a keen eye for detail. We'd also like you to be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic. An interest in the Financial Services Industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
