We are looking for a highly creative, energetic and passionate Junior Designer, who is excited about the latest design trends and software techniques.

As a member of the Design Studio team at Goodwood, you will have an aptitude for diverse design solutions, for both internal and external literature across printed collateral and digital applications.
A good knowledge of HTML5 and the ever-changing digital world would be beneficial, though not essential.

You will also work alongside our photo guru in selecting appropriate visuals for Goodwood literature and ensuring they are aligned with the Company brand. An interest in photography would be advantageous but not essential.

This rewarding role will provide the opportunity for you to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as you collaborate with teams from across the 12,000 acre estate, as well as experiencing some of the most exciting action on offer and working behind the scenes at our internationally acclaimed Goodwood sporting events.

What do you need to be successful?

• Relevant education to degree level or equivalent in graphic design with the ability to demonstrate an original portfolio.
• Able to work effectively and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and an eye for the creative and the practical.
• An efficient approach to deadlines and the ability to multi-task while prioritising workload is imperative.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work at all levels including internal customers and with third parties, printers, photographers etc.
• You will have a keen understanding of layout and typography and a thorough knowledge of Adobe CC applications (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
