Flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in central Chichester is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to take ownership of and drive the development of their digital marketing strategy. The role will be predominantly focused on the development, running and marketing of their own and associated websites to drive customer exposure and sales. However, this will be an evolving role and will expand in-line with business growth and success.

My client is an award winning fast-track business has a very impressive growth record, supported by a very hands-on and commercially minded team of Directors. Turnover is going from strength to strength, as is the size of their operations and reputation. Reporting to and working closely alongside the Sales Director, this is a senior position within the organisation and one which presents excellent potential for career development and progression.

Overview of Role:

• Lead company marketing strategy and manage all extremal marketing partnerships
• Work closely with PPC partners to maximise ROI from Google Shopping and adwords campaigns
• using tools such as Whoop
• Report on key marketing metrics and e-commerce KPIs
• Implement Iterative changes to user journeys to improve basket conversion rates through the
• establishment of conversion rate optimisation, testing and measurement processes
• Understand the e-commerce requirements of global markets and project manage
• the implementation of e-commerce stores across global locations
• Procure and manage all external marketing partnerships, both current and new
• Experience with Shopify e-commerce management system

Candidates need have:

• Ideally experience in ecommerce and in particular marketplace selling
• Understanding of PPC, SEO and content writing
• The ability to nurture and build relationships with 3rd party account managers
• An entrepreneurial and creative mindset
