MotorSport Vision is the UK premier motorsport organisation owning and managing iconic racing circuits across the UK (Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Snetterton, Oulton Park, Cadwell Park & Bedford Autodrome). Throughout the 2024 race season MSV circuits will play host to some of Europe’s biggest motor racing championships including the Fanatec GT World Challenge, World Superbike Championship, Bennetts British Superbikes & BTCC.

As part of our commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience at our Brands Hatch Circuit, we are looking to further enhance our Catering and Hospitality service and are seeking a motivated and hardworking Weekend Relief Chef to join the Catering team in a seasonal position offering around 20 hours a week over our promoted event weekends (On average 2/3 weekends a month).

Main duties of the role will include:

• Working with our Head Chef to assist in the preparation and cooking of our hospitality and restaurant catering options
• Ensure food arrives in the suites in a timely manner and is of a high quality
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment ensuring food hygiene standards are adhered to
• Working with current & up to date hospitality menus across a multiple- kitchen environment.

• Experience of working within a professional / large scale catering environment
• Experience maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area.
• Educated to current food hygiene standards
• Ability to work across both weekends and evenings
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an experienced catering team

This is a seasonal Weekend Relief Chef position offering on average 20 hours a week between March – October on our promoted event weekends (Roughly 2/3 weekends a month). Due to the location of the circuit, a full UK driving licence is also required.
