An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to lead a team of Outbound Sales agents in Portsmouth.

Through on-going coaching, development and performance management you will ensure your team meet and exceed challenging sales targets at the same time as delivering high standards of service.

To be successful in this role you will have had previous team leading experience in a sales environment and ideally within a contact centre. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong people management skills and the ability to deliver to a very high standard in a fast changing environment.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will liaise with others in the business to act on reports. An excellent eye for detail as you will monitor your team's call quality and encourage team development.

Qualities required are: Drive and passion for achieving sales targets, Proven experience of managing a sales team,
Prior experience with contact centre and a good level of IT skills, Excellent internal negotiation and mentoring abilities
