The role will include:

Plan and deliver training courses as directed by the Training Manager.

Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.

Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.

Carry out training needs analysis.

Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.

Organise and market courses to meet the needs of learners and demands of business.

Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up equipment.

Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of a Chief Mates Ticket or FNO (fleet navigation officer)

Comprehensive knowledge of ECDIS

Excellent Communication Skills

Good IT Skills

The right to work in the UK

Salary dependent on experience.
