Location: Fareham, Hampshire

Basic Salary: £17500-£20000 basic (OTE £44k + realistic) £60k achievable for Top Performers!!!

Salary is based on skills and experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Monday 10.00am - 8.00pm

Tuesday - Thursday 10.00am - 7.00pm

Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm

Holidays: 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays

Primary Responsibilities

Contact, quote and close customers off of warm leads.

Key Tasks

* Build relationships on the phone on the basis of information supplied from the customer.
* Explain the products available to the customer from different insurers in a way that they understand. Support the customer to be able to make an informed decision without giving any personal recommendation or advice.
* Use internal systems to find the best products for the customer's needs and those that represent the best value to the customer.
* Ensure your product knowledge is up to date using the tools available to you. Attend training to develop your skills and improve your performance.
* Manage your time effectively and meet the targets set for your role.
* Follow processes and Company systems as outlined in initial and on-going training for Money Laundering Checks, Conflicts of Interests, Financial Crime and Customer Complaints. Remain always FCA compliant.

Requirements

* At least 1 year telesales experience and 2 years sales experience
* Consistent over-achiever, career-driven & hunger to succeed
* Excellent communication and literacy skills
* Must be a good team player and a fast learner able to work in a very fast paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Positive outlook on life is an absolute must.

The Ideal Candidate



Will need to have previous experience in working on the telephones and can build an instant rapport with a customer.



Will have excellent sales and objection handling skills and enjoy talking to others.



Will have the confidence to close a sale or influence others.

Will be self-motivated & extremely driven by targets, sales and people.

Hunger to succeed and earn money.
