We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Team Leader to join a world class international aerospace company. The main responsibility of the CSR Team Leader is, in addition to his/her CSR role, to manage the day to day activities and workload to the team.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:-

Leading customer communication  either via email or telephone

Co-ordinating customer satisfaction feedback & handling complaints

Ensure that products and services meet the requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness authorities.

Complete contract review on all orders and provide order acknowledgement within 2 weeks of order receipt.

Ensure product is shipped within all export and customs regulations, customer requirements and fully complete including all internal processes and invoice procedures.

Co-ordination of the production WIP board ensuring timely launch each new month

Maintain Customer on time delivery metrics and co-ordinate action plans to achieve on-time delivery.

Produce weekly report as required

Long and short term sales forecast

Manage the day to day workload of the team

Conduct 121's & PDPs for the team

Drive company behaviours and core values within the team

You will require the following skills and experience:-

Previous experience working in a similar role for an Aerospace, MOD or highly technical manufacturing led organisation.

Excellent communication skills.

Extremely efficient and able to work under pressure.

Experience using SAP or another ERP system
