So what will I do? You will essentially be reporting on engine requirements as they come in for repair, identify works and with your good experience you'll then perform maintenance on the engineers and modules as required. You'll ensure everything is certified and carried out to expected standards and legislations and provide technical customer support when necessary. Naturally, as a very forward thinking and dynamic company they will expect the successful engineer to continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and implement and take responsibility for new actions.

What do I need?

Having experience with gas turbine engines is fundamental. Demonstrating a working knowledge of EASA part 145 is also experience you will have. Crucially on top of the gas turbine engine experience you will have a desire to always improve yourself and engineer further opportunities. The hiring manager wants an engineer who will be asking to learn more and continuously expand his/her skill base - character, drive and ambition are key!!
