This post is based in the award winning University Library in Ravelin Park. We are a busy, single-site, 24/7 service, recently awarded CSE accreditation, with consistently above sector average satisfaction rates in the NSS and excellent staff survey results.
As part of the Academic Liaison Team you will play a major part in the maintenance of our high levels of customer satisfaction through the provision of an extensive and forward looking Enquiries service encompassing multiple channels. In particular your role will:
· Lead the core Enquiries Team which provides a comprehensive Enquiries function
· Co-ordinate the work of the wider Enquiries Team which contributes to the delivery of our Enquiries service
· Contribute to the development of our Enquiries and Academic Liaison strategies
To be successful in the role you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead a team of staff. You will need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to problem solve. A strong customer focus is essential as is previous experience of work in a library environment preferably in an enquiry management role.
