Salary: £23,398.00 - £25, 951.00 [pro rata]

Gosport Property & Housing Services are looking for someone to join our Accommodation & Lettings Team in Housing Options who can manage and promote the Council's private rented schemes, actively look to secure properties to the scheme to enable homeless households to access private sector accommodation and ensure landlord payments are made regularly and exit plans are in place wherever possible. You will need to have knowledge and relevant experience of the private rented market and landlord and tenant private sector law.
