Inbound Sales Advisor / Trainee

We have a new opportunity to join our small, but busy, Inbound Sales team. As the successful candidate you will provide accurate technical advice to our customers who primarily need help configuring customised high-end gaming PCs, workstations and servers, to suit their needs. The enquiries come in via inbound phone call, email, and our Live chat system. Liaising with our Purchasing and Products Team, you will help our customers specifying configurations, providing quotes and placing orders.
You will like working to targets and thrive on meeting or exceeding these. Although no experience is necessary, a keen interest and good knowledge of PC components and how they fit into a PC are essential for this role. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to construct concise, well-written emails are also key to your success. No cold-calling is required in the role, although opportunities do arise should you choose to take them.
The training you will be given in Inbound Sales - including on our procedures, products, systems, and customer care - will give you a solid platform for your future career progression at Novatech.
We are based in Portchester (outskirts of Portsmouth), with good transport links, free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride. We may be able to offer flexible working (after training), with the chance to work from home.
