We are looking to recruit a Ticket Office Executive to join the Ticket Office & Hospitality Team.
The role is administration-focussed, with the mornings primary being spent supporting the GRRC team by efficiently managing the inbox and responding to member queries as and when they come in. You'll need to have exceptional customer service skills as well as being highly organised with an eye for detail.
In the afternoons you will work as part of the busy dispatch team where you will be responsible for scanning, packaging and preparing all event tickets for delivery.
At the headline events (motorsport and horseracing) you'll be able to interact with customers in person in both a sales and a customer service capacity.
