Picture yourself creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst inspiring, coaching and developing a great team.  You will be responsible for the smooth daily and weekly operation of the Health Club, equipment and first point of contact for our key suppliers.  The Health Club includes Tennis Courts, Indoor Studio, Garden Studio, Reception, Gym and our Pool Plant.

Variety is the spice of life. You will actively engage with prospective members and current members and you will be managing a preventative maintenance programme and stay updated with industry trends and innovations.

You'll be creating rotas, handling shift changes, whilst helping manage budgets, control expenses and help maximise revenue through efficient resource allocation and innovative strategies.

What you'll have 

• Passion for what you do
• Positive and friendly with a “can do attitude”
• Pool Plant operator course (PPO)
• An NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor
• A lifeguard qualification would be an advantage
• Ability to prioritise and organise
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
