La Pizza Company was founded in Kingston Upon Thames by Pietro Vitolo from Capri, Italy. He used his own Neapolitan family pizza dough recipes to produce high quality pizza dough and part baked pizza bases. Pietro moved to Midhurst in 2001 to expand the family owned business within a purpose-built factory fitted out with the latest high-tech pizza manufacturing equipment. This enabled the company to grow and mass produce consistent, high quality Neapolitan recipes to the current day and beyond. The current Directors took over the business in August 2006 and changed its name in March 2012 to Pan’Artisan.
Due to Pan Artisan’s continued expansion of its production facility in Midhurst we are looking for additional Production Operatives and Assistant Line Supervisors to join our team.
Are YOU interested in being part of a team that makes high quality doughballs, pizza bases and speciality breads which are delivered into and eaten at well-known restaurant brands, cafés and retail venues?
We at Pan Artisan are very excited to shortly be opening yet another production unit. This will form part of the “Big Picture” expanding innovation and production opportunities for the company and implementing additional manufacturing capacity across the production lines.
These plans are only possible when we work together as a team, with the assistance of our friendly teams of Operatives and Assistant Line Supervisors guided by the Supervisors and Management teams. Pan Artisan believes in its people and their ability to “get things done” whilst demonstrating behaviours that promote reliability adaptability, communication and teamwork.
Working across different production lines you will be playing a key part in ensuring the lines continue to produce high quality products which are the envy of many of our competitors.
A full Company Induction awaits you on your first day and that is followed by line specific training. There is the opportunity to grow within the company mastering, and being rewarded, for, additional skills developed across the production lines / sites.
