We’re on the lookout for a people-focused, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the front-of-house team at Goodwood Bar & Grill - a café where good vibes, local food, and standout service come together in one unforgettable setting.

Set on the iconic Goodwood Estate, our café celebrates local, seasonal ingredients - a lot of which come straight from our own organic farm. Think relaxed dining with a refined twist.

About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience that feels both relaxed and refined. Working closely with the management team, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, guests are looked after, and the team are motivated and empowered to do their best work.

You’ll be part of a café that’s deeply connected to its roots. Much of what we serve comes directly from Goodwood Home Farm, including our organic cheeses, dairy, heritage meats, and our very own Ale. These ingredients form the foundation of a seasonal menu that’s classic in concept, and consistently high in execution.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where attention to detail, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality will be essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading shifts & inspiring your team to smash every service

• Creating a warm, welcoming vibe for every guest

• Helping train & develop team members

• Supporting management & keeping service smooth

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a café, restaurant or bar, ideally in a Supervisor role

• Great communication & leadership skills

• Cool under pressure - especially during a busy service

• A genuine love of food, people & hospitality

• Someone who takes pride in what they do (and brings the energy!)
