The Goodwood Road Racing Club (GRRC) is adored by motorsport enthusiasts around the globe and led by The Duke of Richmond himself. Members enjoy exclusive access to events like the Festival of Speed, Revival, and Members' Meeting, plus track days, tours, socials, and behind-the-scenes experiences throughout the year.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-loving Administrator to join the GRRC —a vibrant team who live and breathe exceptional customer service, motorsport magic, and moments that matter.

You'll be the engine behind our day-to-day operations, handling member enquiries, processing payments, maintaining our database, supporting events, and keeping our admin spotless, speedy, and on point. If you’ve got a knack for organisation and love being part of a team that gets things done (and has fun doing it), this role’s for you!

What we're looking for:

• A natural organiser with solid admin experience who works well under pressure

• Friendly, flexible, and positive—someone who adds sparkle to the workplace

• Strong communication skills and sense of teamwork

• Proficiency with MS Office and laser-sharp attention to detail

• A good sense of humour (because life’s better when you’re laughing)
