Your Role
- Greet guests and members like they’re old friends (even if they’re brand new)
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk – bookings, schedules, and guest queries
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and serious efficiency
- Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point
- Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone
- Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving
- Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way
What We’re Looking For
- A confident communicator and natural people-person
- Someone organised, dependable and calm under pressure – even on busy days
- A genuine interest in wellness, fitness and making people feel good
- A team player who wants to be part of a fun, supportive and social work environment
- You don't need tons of experience – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Basic hourly rate = £12.21 plus 12.07% holiday accrual = total hourly rate of £13.68
