Implementation Consultant - Parallel Run /Testing Consultant
Salary £30,000 - £33,000 per annum plus a car allowance and benefits

A Consultant in this team will be responsible for the parallel run phase of the implementation, managing a number of clients at any one time. This will include coordinating, project managing and assisting clients in completing the parallel live phases of the project whilst meeting both client and company requirements in an agreed and timely manner, liaising with the payroll team to schedule payroll runs and review parallel output with the client on client site, compiles audit checks, taking part in continuous improvement Kaizens. The Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring completion and sign off of parallel and live phases to agreed success criteria.

Good working knowledge of payroll and HR legislation with previous experience of running parallel payroll runs and testing, in a client facing implementation role, with ability to prepare and conduct formal presentations, strong analytical skills & attention to detail with IPPM Diploma (or similar qualification) would be an advantage. The jobholder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and may occasionally be expected to stay overnight where relevant. This role will involve a mixture of both office (must live Surrey area) and field based work.
