PA to Director - Fareham

Huntress are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced PA to work with the Company Director.

The role will require you to provide first class administrative service to the Director as well as organising his diary, ensuring he arrives to meetings on time, dealing with all reports that need attending to as well as numerous requests during the day.

You will be required to ensure the Sales team are working to their full capacity in his absence as well as managing the diaries for the engineers in conjunction with the administration team and team manager. The role will also require you to take minutes for meetings as well as processing orders, liaising on delivery times and advising customers when engineers will be attending their site.

Applications are invited from candidates with previous experience as a PA, with excellent typing skills as well as being polished and professional.
