THE COMMISSION...... a 3 tiered system working on percentages.... UNCAPPED

Current employees are earning anything from £800 - £1000 per month (confirmed by employees 05/01/2012)

The Role:

Working on behalf of a well known Insurance Provider based inPortsmouth; this role will include making outbound renewals callsin relation to a range of household and motor insurance related products. You will also be offering a range of other services to your customers and in addition will be able to answer customer queries and take advantage of cross selling opportunities to promote the company service and smash your targets.

What we are looking for

In order to be considered you must have previous sales experience of some kind (see above list). You must be self motivated and with the ability to act as a representative at all times. You will be literate, well presented, flexible and most importantly will have a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the role!

What we will offer

You will be offered 4-6 weeks full training to ensure you have a full understanding of the products on offer and how the company operates.

Along with a competitive base rate you will be working towards an achievable uncapped bonus structure for extra incentive.

Hours

This employer operates rotational block shift patterns working to 21.00 and includes Saturdays with a day in Lieu in the week.
