My main responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Portsmouth companies, as well as companies further afield, maintaining a great working knowledge of opportunities in Portsmouth and recruitment in Portsmouth and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of my team. Our key focus is Portsmouth recruitment which I think that I have aided by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to drastically increase our Portsmouth business as well as business as a whole.
